Blogging?

What is blogging? I never really understood what it really meant. I have Facebook but that was set up by my little sister who did it for me to post pictures of my kids because we lived in another state. As I look around and get a feel for blogs I get the idea that it is a much bigger more opinionated Facebook. So not just pictures but for a way people can fully express themselves or to get the "word out" if it is for a business, book clubs, or just to live a better fuller life. I never thought I would be doing this because I really have nothing nice to say about anything. I enjoy many things but I also like to be a lot more private.

I have read a few blogs now but I seem to keep leaning towards subjects I enjoy. Disney being one, not just because I have seen every movie at least five time(I have three little girls) but because I actually enjoy everything about Disney. The parks, movies, figurines, and knowing I am not the only other grown adult who pretends to use their kids as an excuse to get all of the collections and go on all the rides.

There is also ones that are very creative from fashion, to hair, cooking, and activities to do with the kids when on a budget. I love these very much because I hate doing the same thing over and over. So by checking out these blogs I get ideas to do something new everyday with my kids, my fashion or what to make for a meal. Plus, I am cheap and always on the go so for me to get these quick ideas for super cheap why not take 15 minutes and check into some of these blogs.

Then there is a guilty pleasure of education. I want to know everything about everything so I am always looking at the discovery blogs. I guess you would say more about the whole site then just the blogs but some stories get more of my attention then others. Animals are a weakness so when I am feeling more loving I will check out animals planet over investigation discovery. Investigation discovery usually gets my attention because I have this fascination with killers and how their mind works. So usually I watch these to understand why people do what they do and their back grounds.

I am hoping I don't get to wrapped up in blogging like it seems many people do, but there is the benefit of always being able to see what is going on.

  1. Anything in investigation discovery is really good, it always amazes me on how much of a person past impacts their future.

  2. I agree with you but have you ever noticed that the people who turn out to be killers because of their past but many of them have brothers and sisters who lived the same life but don't turn out like that? I always wonder why that is? Can a killer be made or is it in the blood?
